Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were larger than most, very comfortable, and felt deluxe. They were fairly big, clean, and offered a great variety of breakfast choices. The location is superb, being just a step away from the biggest mall in town. The service was exceptional with friendly and attentive staff. However, I couldn't see the value in paying for the premium club lounge. The dining options were very good overall, but there was an incident with a worm found in the broccoli. The facilities were excellent, making the stay enjoyable.
